Discover the recent major updates to Decisions AI features
My Meeting Assistant is now broadly available in beta
We're excited to widely roll out access to My Meeting Assistant, an AI-powered personal assistant designed to simplify meeting management and understand how you work, proactively. My Meeting Assistant offers daily briefings, agenda creation, meeting recaps, and scheduling — with much more to come — all accessible from the My Assistant tab in Decisions.
Note: To make the most of My Meeting Assistant, ensure that an authorized Microsoft 365 admin has approved all the latest permissions for Decisions and Decisions AI within the Decisions Admin Portal; access to AI features may be limited by your internal IT policies or settings.
Decisions integration with Microsoft Copilot live
Our integration with Microsoft Copilot makes it easier than ever to access Decisions right within Microsoft. You can now find us listed under Copilot integrations in the Teams app store.
With the integration, Copilot can access, search through, and link to meeting agendas created in Decisions, allowing you to quickly reference important meeting details in just a few clicks. We'll be continuing to enhance this integration, and welcome ideas and feedback!
Reminders for automatic recording and transcription
Decisions AI now shows whether automatic recording and transcription has been enabled or disabled for a meeting series. These settings can be changed by navigating to "meeting options" within any meeting series individual invite.
Enabling transcripts on each meeting is a necessary step to ensure that the meeting recap and meeting minutes generated from Decisions AI are as accurate and useful as possible.
Decisions now supports Shared Channels!
You asked, and we listened! We’re happy to announce the release of basic support for Shared Channels. This means your favorite features such as agenda creation, meeting minutes, task tracking, and decision logging are now available in Shared Channels.
Shared channels are great for those cross-team use cases, where you don't want to create (yet) another team to start a project.
This version supports internal Shared Channels, and not Teams Connect (across two separate tenants). Give it a try, and let us know your feedback. It is invaluable as we continue to enhance this feature.
When updating a recurring meeting series in Outlook, using the "This and all following events" option can split the series into separate segments. This change may cause the agenda to disconnect within Decisions.
If your agenda disconnects, you'll now see a Decisions prompt allowing you to either reconnect your agenda to the new series or start fresh with a new agenda.
Don't forget to download the Decisions desktop application!
Accessing the Decisions desktop app is now simpler than ever. If you haven’t yet downloaded it, a small in-app notification will prompt you to install it, available for both Windows and Mac users.
Tell us how we're doing and get a gift card in return!
Do you rave to your colleagues about how Decisions has changed your meetings? If so, we'd love if you'd tell the world by leaving a review on G2. Once approved by the team at G2, you'll be eligible to receive a gift card as a thank you!
