With the Decisions AI Assistant 2.0 update, you now get automated pre-reads before key meetings and personalized summaries right after they end — delivered directly in Teams chat for seamless access.

Upgrade now by enabling these features via Teams chat! 🚀

Note: Automated pre-reads and post-meeting summaries are powered by Decisions AI and require approval and enablement by your IT administrator. Automatically generated AI Meeting Recaps? They’re coming!

AI Assistant 2.0 will soon be able to automatically generate and seamlessly share AI recaps right after your meeting ends — perfect for project syncs, status updates, weekly team calls and stand-ups.

This means no more scrambling between back-to-back meetings — your recap will be ready when you are! 🚀

Users who enable Decisions AI Assistant 2.0 will be first in line to receive access to the new functionality.

Troubleshooting tip: Ensure transcripts are available for the best Decisions AI experience

Missing meeting transcripts? This common issue can impact Decisions AI features, like recaps and meeting minutes. Here are the most common causes and how to resolve:

• IT policies may restrict transcript creation in your M365 tenant. In this case, you will need IT to change the organization-wide policies.
  
  
• Individual meetings aren’t recorded or transcribed. You can enable automatic recording from within Decisions for recurring meetings. For individual meetings you will need to change the meeting settings before you begin — or start the recording or transcription at the start of the meeting.
  
  
• Permissions need to be updated — Decisions AI may lack access to the transcript file. Simply re-authorize the application to fix this.
