What's New in Decisions πŸš€

June 2025

Advanced Reporting – Built for governance and transparency

June 2025 Product Updates - Advanced reporting

We're hearing it more and more β€” Decisions is becoming a go-to platform for corporate governance, oversight and cross-org transparency.

That's why we built Advanced Reporting, designed to give teams unmatched visibility into what decisions are being made, where and by whom. Here's what's new:

πŸ“Š  Centralized reporting access: Admins configure which teams are required to share their meeting outcomes, giving approved users full visibility into decisions, agendas and minutes β€” all in one place

πŸ”Ž  Search & filters: Search by title or decision; filter by team, date, status, tags or presence of finalized minutes

πŸ’Ύ  Custom views: Save and reuse filter combinations for quicker access to key reports

πŸ“€  Export to Excel: Download selected decision data for audit, sharing or offline analysis

This is a premium feature requiring additional fees β€” contact us to request a demo or learn how to get access.

Structured Approvals – Get the right sign-offs at the right time

June 2025 Product Updates - Structured approvals

Like Advanced Reporting, Structured Approvals adds powerful new controls to Decisions, making it easy to get the right sign-offs at the right time β€” with clarity, accountability and traceability built-in. Here's how it works:

        Choose a decision-making framework:

βœ…  RAPID: Recommend, Agree, Perform, Input, Decide

βœ…  RACI: Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed

✏️  Custom: Define 1-9 roles with your own labels

        Manage roles and timing:

πŸ‘€  Each role is assigned to one user

        β˜‘οΈ  Unanimous approval is required

πŸ—³οΈ  Approvals can be opened automatically or triggered in-meeting

πŸ”„  Works during meetings or asynchronously

This is another premium feature (additional fee required). To request a demo or learn how to get access, contact us.

Protect sensitive content by removing guests from chat

June 2025 Product Updates - Remove guests from chat

By default, Microsoft Teams allows external guests to remain in the meeting chat β€” even after the meeting ends. That means sensitive content like transcripts, recaps or follow-ups may stay visible longer than intended.

With Decisions, meeting Organizers can now remove guests from chat during the meeting, giving you greater control over post-meeting visibility. Here's how:

          • Click the three-dot menu in the Decisions side-panel (in-meeting)
          • Select "Manage guests"
          • Choose guests you'd like to remove

Coming Soon: Organizers will get proactive reminders β€” with quick access to guest management β€” while preparing for or running meetings, making it even easier to keep chat access accurate and secure.

These updates help you stay one step ahead when it comes to privacy and professionalism.
