Import agendas, notes & email threads to your AI Agenda Builder
Now you can import agendas from other sources and upload documents and email threads directly into the AI Agenda Builder. This extra context helps Decisions AI:
Suggest more accurate, tailored agenda items
Ensure nothing important gets left out
Improve AI recaps and minutes with richer reference material
Example documents to upload:
An agenda from another system (PDF or Word)
Notes from your last meeting
Email threads discussing meeting topics (.msg or .eml)
When suggesting an agenda item, you can now add a proposed decision. This makes it clear what outcome you’re aiming for, and once approved by a meeting organizer, all attendees can see both the topic and the decision to be made.
Include decisions in your Meeting Book
A Decisions Meeting Book compiles your entire agenda and all attachments into a single PDF for easy review and annotation.
With our latest update, you can include proposed and/or final decisions in the Meeting Book. This is perfect for meetings where decisions are prepared in advance, so participants can review them ahead of time.
Just click the three-line menu in the upper right of your agenda → Create Meeting Book → check Include decisions. Your PDF will show decisions right alongside agenda items and attachments.
Meeting Slides: Turn your agenda into a polished presentation
Each month, we’re highlighting a powerful Decisions feature that customers love. This month’s pick isMeeting Slides.
With one click, Meeting Slides turns your meeting agenda into a branded PowerPoint deck, complete with:

Slides for each item (with attachments embedded)
You can present directly in Teams without screen sharing — or display the deck in a conference room — keeping your screen free for notes and chats. It's perfect for all-hands, board meetings or in-person sessions where you want a visual, on-brand agenda.
How to access it: From your meeting agenda, click the presentation icon in the upper right → Generate Meeting Slides. Your presentation will open in PowerPoint, ready to present or share. See our Help Center article for details.
